2.Applications :
~Food grade: In food industry taurine can be added to dairy products, beverage, monosodium glutamate,
milk, milk powder and bean products
~Medicine grade: Taurine can accelerate the differentiation and development of nerve cell, enhance immunocompetence. Also has the effect on stronging liver and gall, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory,
reducing the blood pressure and blood sugar, preventing arrhythmias.
